Our services are tailored to each client based on their business, customers, and workflow. Pricing, scope, timelines, and other terms for any engagement are determined per agreement between you and Casper Collective. Nothing on this site is a quote or a binding offer unless set out in a signed agreement.

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse them. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us and to use any AI or automation we implement in a way that complies with applicable law and your own obligations to your customers.

We retain ownership of our work, methods, and tools. Content and materials you provide remain yours. The specific rights granted to you in any finished website or implementation are set out in your agreement.

Our services are provided to help your business be easier to reach, easier to book, and easier to trust. We do not, however, guarantee any specific business results, revenue, leads, or outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
